Gracie

2020 Bay Roan Mare

A highlight of the 2023 LRHS sale Gracie is by K4 Ranch’s Boogers Crossbell and is a 1/2 sister to lot 16 Fools Gold Booger. Gracie is an extremely athletic and talented mare. Everyday we ride Gracie we think more of her, with a big stop and lots of speed this filly can really get it done. She has loads of potential and breeding to back it up. Gracie’s mother Corona Rebel was purchased as a yearling from the Jud Little Ranch by us with the intention to add her to our breeding program. Gracie will be tracking slow cattle by sale day and has had all facets of ranch work done on her in her short time under saddle.

Ava

2018 Sorrel Mare

It is easy to appreciate Ava with the knowledge, smarts, and feel that she has. Hardworking is her motto. Having been used at different ranch locations, gathering rocky country, sorting alleys, roping strays, dragging calves nothing fazes her. She is steadily improving her skills in the arena and shows promise for a performance career as well along with being used as a turn back horse at the cuttings.

** Her tongue was cut badly as a 2 yr old in a wreck, it is scarred over but does affect the way she carries a bit.

Felina

2021 Sorrel Mare

Felina is a stand out 2 yr filly for the 2023 LRHS. Being one of the first colts we have started by Hughes That Booger, it is hard to not brag on this filly. With 90 days of riding Felina handles better than most aged horses and will have had calves branded on her and tracking the roping sled. With her solid foundation Felina will be able to fit in any discipline moving forward from ranching, roping, showing or breeding. 2 yr old fillies like this are hard to come by.

Goldie

2020 Buckskin Mare

This flashy well built filly is made to stand up to ranch work and with her pedigree screams performance horse. You will be hard pressed to find a mare with looks and foundation breeding like her. Started under saddle in march she will continue to be exposed to ranch work and cattle and be ready to hand the reins over and continue on with.

Jane

2017 Gray Mare

Jane was started as a 3 year old and ridden through a spring and fall works before heading to the broodmare band. She carries the Playgun coloring and bone with a sensible attitude. She sells bred to Streakkinlenashickory for a 2024 foal and packing a baby on her side by Booger Sharp Dressin. Selling as a 3/1 package

Freckles

2022 Sorrel Mare

Talk about a personality! Freckles will definitely turn heads with her flashy markings and full of life personality. She enjoys her days going to the walker or being ponied down the creek. She loves bathes and to be pampered! Count down the days until she can be started under saddle and you won’t be disappointed.

Penny

2019 Sorrel Mare

With her striking markings and kind personality Penny will get attention. She has been started correctly and all the correct steps taken. She is ready to go any direction and is also bred to BF Heros Legacy for a June 2024 foal. Continue to ride her through the fall and then go back to riding or keep breeding, either way you will have a horse to be proud of.

Tia

2017 Bay Mare

Ridden as a Remuda horse for a 3 years, she experienced all avenues of ranch work with several different riders. She is now carrying a foal by Streakinlenashickory. Continue to breed her or take her back to riding!

Figgy

2022 Brown Mare

By K4 ranch stallion, Hughes That Booger this filly will be incredibly athletic. She is stoic and attentive to everything so far. She ponies from a horse, goes on the walker, bathes and picks her feet up easily. Figgy should go onto to do big things!

Twinkie

2022 Buckskin Mare

Just like her name, Twinkie is as sweet as can be! And how can you not love a beautiful buckskin? This filly is always aiming to please and loves attention. She will grow up to be a big, stout well boned mare that can go in any direction.

2004 Brown Mare
